Bedford Area Chamber to Host Town Council Candidates Forum

The Bedford Area Chamber of Commerce will be hosting a Candidates Forum for Town Council candidates on Thursday, October 13 at 6:00 PM in the Town Council Chambers of the Town of Bedford Municipal Building, 215 E. Main Street.

This forum is open to the community and will bring together candidates running for Bedford’s Town Council in a Q & A format.  Each of the candidates will give a 5-10 minute introduction and a moderated question and answer discussion will take place following the presentations.

Questions may be submitted in advance of the event or entered on a question card prior to the start of the forum.  No questions will be taken from the floor.  In order to submit a question in advance please call the Chamber offices at 540-586-9401 ext. 102 or stop by the office at 305 E. Main Street to complete a question card.

Town Councilmen and Candidates that have been invited to attend include Councilmen Stacey Hailey and Tim Black.  Candidates Bruce Johannessen, Bruce Hartwick and Brian Schley.
