DISC Communication Impact Report & Workshop - August

Discover your unique communication style! Learn how effective communication empowers you to influence results by connecting and collaborating with others. The Communication Impact Report will help you discover your style of communication and ways to maximize it. During the workshop, we will dig deeper into the results of your report and discuss ways to leverage your communication style to improve your ability to connect with and add value to others. Four objectives of the workshop are:

- Easily recognize the four primary communication styles (D, I, S & C)

- Relate to others in a way that speaks to their communication style

- Implement effective communication strategies to minimize conflicts, improve morale and build cohesion

- Create a road map for effective communication for your family, friends, team members or colleagues.

Once your ticket is purchased, you'll receive instructions and a unique code to take the DISC assessment. Results will be sent immediately to you and you will bring the results with you to the workshop.
