DESCRIPTION:November 2016 marks Basket Case's 26th year of business. To celebrate this milestone\, they are hosting Networking Before Nine on Nov. 8 at 8 a.m. at Basket Case. \n\n\n\nFor those who don't know\, Basket Case specializes in gift baskets filled with gourmet foods\, wines\, and chocolates. Placing an order can be done via phone or online. They deliver locally and ship nationally. They even have a Virginia basket\, which includes all Virginia-made products. We work closely with our customers\, both in the private and corporate sectors\, to provide gift baskets for any occasion. There is always a need for a gift basket or gift tower\, whether it be a birthday\, get well\, new baby\, job promotion\, retirement\, or just because.\n\n\n\nTheir care package program continues to be popular for the parents (and other relatives) of the local college students. Many parents order online\, while others prefer to call and talk to somebody.\n\n\n\nThe retail shop is filled with everything from "soup to nuts\," colorful flags\, empty baskets for those who wish to build their own and 18' of fine chocolates! Shop from Monday-Wednesday\, 10am to 5pm\; Thursday and Friday\, 10am to 6pm\; Saturday\, 10am to 2pm.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nNetworking before Nine is the Chamber's monthly Business Before Hours breakfast event that provides a morning networking opportunity before you busy workday begins!
