DESCRIPTION:Join us on Saturday\, June 22 as we round off Waste & Recycling Workers Week (June 17-21) by cleaning up the Town of Bedford's parks\, streets & neighborhoods!\n\n\n\nThis is a great way to get outside and give back to our community. It's also an impactful way to earn service hours or do team building!\n\n\n\nThis event will run from 8AM to 11AM\, although participants are welcome to start or finish anytime during those hours. Simply pick up your materials at the Municipal Building\, head out to your clean-up location\, and return to the Municipal Building to drop off your materials and pick up your prizes!\n\n\n\nThis event is free and open to the public. Groups who RSVP are able to choose their clean-up location\; simply enter where you'd like to go in the "Comments" section. First come\, first serve to individuals and groups who walk-in.\n\n\n\nThe Keep Bedford Beautiful Commission was formed in 1978 by the Town of Bedford and has won recognition from the Division of Litter Control and Keep Virginia Beautiful over the years. Everyone is served when we "pick-it-up": waste workers\, residents\, businesses & Mother Earth!
