DESCRIPTION:sign-up will be held for residents of:\n\nCity of Lynchburg\, Campbell County\, Bedford County\,\n\nAmherst County\, Appomattox County & Nelson County\nThe following documentation is required\n\nat the time of sign-up\n \n\nValid Photo ID (Drivers license\, DV ID\, Picture ID or Passport)\n\n \n\nSocial Security cards for every member in the household\n\n \n\nBirth Certificates for all children ages 12 & under\n\n \n\nProof of total household income\n\n(Payroll check\, social security\, child support\, etc.)\n\n \n\nProof of expenses (Utility bills\, rent receipts\, etc.)\n\n \n\nChildren's clothing\, underwear\, & shoe sizes\n\nIf you are missing any of the above mentioned documentation\, you will be\n\nasked to return with the correct information during the normal sign-up dates and times.
