Students set up booths to showcase their skills\, projects\, and career interests\, and business professionals walk the room to connect with potential future interns or employees. \n\n\n\nEach students creates a display highlighting who they are\, what they're passionate about\, and where they hope to go next. Think of it as a personalized resume table that gives you a deeper look at the next generation of talent. \n\n\n\nWhy should your business participate? \n\n- Spot Future Talent Early: Meet career-focused students interested in your industry or line of work. \n\n- Engage with Potential Interns: Many students are actively seeking internships\, part-time jobs\, or mentorship opportunities. \n\n- Support Workforce Development: Your presence shows that you're interested in the future of our local workforce and education system. \n\n- Low Commitment\, High Impact: No booth or setup on your end -- just show up\, walk around\, and engage with students who have done the prep work!\n\n\n\nYou'll get a first-hand look at the passions\, skills\, and perspectives of upcoming graduates.
