Membership Sales Director for Bedford Area Chamber of Commerce

Reports: Directly to the President/CEO 
Position: Commission only

The Membership Sales Director leads the Chamber's overall efforts to recruit, retain, and engage membership.  Is responsible for designing and implementing the Bedford Area Chamber of Commerce membership growth and retention strategy that aligns with the BACC strategic objectives.

This position is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and evaluation of membership growth strategies, as well as day-to-day management of the BACC member engagement.  Serves as the liaison for the Membership to build strong membership culture within the BACC.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements
Minimum of two years of experience in sales.  Preferably a business degree or certification.
Demonstrated experience in growing membership/customers and strengthening membership/customer retention.
