2026 Business Roundtable: Critique Without Catastrophe
Feedback is essential for growth -- yet even well-intended input can trigger defensiveness, self-doubt, and misunderstanding. This session introduces a practical framework for understanding and responding in ways that support learning, resilience, and stronger relationships.
Participants will learn:
- Common feedback triggers
- How to find value critique, even when it's messy
- Practical tools for staying steady, confident, and curious
Doors will open at 8AM, with the program beginning at 8:30AM. Coffee and light breakfast will be available. Economic development updates will be provided from the Town of Bedford and Bedford County
