About the support group:
When someone is diagnosed with Alzheimer’s,
friends and family have many questions. What does
the diagnosis mean? What kinds of plans need to be
made? What resources are available to help?
Please join us for an introductory meeting to
provide support for those who have a loved one
managing dementia and Alzheimer’s in the Bedford
area. The program will be facilitated by staff from
Heritage Green Assisted Living with expertise in
memory and dementia care.
