American National University in Lynchburg to Host Veterans Resource Fair
Free event will feature career resource opportunities
The Lynchburg Campus of American National University (www.an.edu; 434-239-3500), located at 104 Candlewood Court, will host a veterans resource fair on Wednesday, Nov. 12 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The event is free and open to all military personnel, veterans, and their spouses, and civilians interested in employment opportunities.
Employers from a variety of industries will be on hand to speak with job-seekers, including: Member One Federal Credit Union, U.S. Army, Elwood Staffing, Team Effort Network, The Timken Company, U.S. Marines, Virginia Employment Commission, Bright Services, Wells Fargo, Startek, and more.
At 11:30 a.m., a free workshop on internet security will be presented. Limited seating, please call to reserve your seat.

The Lynchburg Campus has been offering a career-oriented education to Central Virginia students since 1979. Students may choose from among three bachelor’s degree, seven associate degree, and twelve diploma programs. Lifetime career counseling and placement assistance is provided to all American National University students and graduates.
