CASA Information Sessions Apply for Training Winter 2015
We are currently accepting applications for training through January 21, 2015. A requirement to apply is attendance at a January information Session, a one hour video/slide overview of the role and responsibilities of a CASA advocate held at CASA's Lynchburg office location. CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) of Central Virginia's upcoming training for volunteers to advote for abused and neglected children in the Lynchburg-Bedford area begins on February 11. Classroom insturciton is held 7 consecutive Wednesday evenings from 5:30-8:45pm through March 25, 2015 at the Alan B. Pearson Cancer Center First Floor Conference Room, 1701 Thomson Drive, Lynchburg, VA 24501.
