Forest for the Trees: The Power of Perspective in the Practice of Leadership
How do you know when to set your sights on the far horizon, when to get nosy about the details, and how to connect the long-term and short-term work of your organization?
It's not easy.
Organizational leadership requires both perspectives (and all the ones in-between). What better way to explore this and sharpen your sight than in the beauty of nature, our original teacher?
Join Jennifer Wills (Executive Director, Claytor Nature Center) and Amanda Stanley (Coach/Consultant, The Artisan Leader) for an experiential workshop: Forest for the Trees - The Power of Perspective in the Practice of Leadership. This one-day event will be held on Friday, June 21 from 9 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. at the University of Lynchburg's Claytor Nature Center in Bedford, Virginia.
Lunch will be provided. Registration is required. Special pricing is available for nonprofits. Click here or visit the University's Professional Development Institute for registration information
