About Tom Miglas:
Counseling businesses in government contracting for over a decade, Tom Miglas served in the US Air Force from 1962 until 1966 before moving on to hi-tech industry where he worked for 35 years, eventually becoming a senior level manager. With a bachelor’s degree in Management from Sacred Heart University, graduating Summa Cum Laude, Tom uses his technical background and fondness for
digging into problems to find solutions which benefit Virginia PTAP clients across the state.
