Central Virginia Alliance for Community Living, Inc. is seeking a compassionate, dedicated individual to join our team as a Full-Time Bedford Ride Coordinator. In this important role, you will coordinate the activities of the Bedford Ride Program, which provides vital volunteer-driven transportation services for individuals needing medical care.
What We’re Looking For:

• Strong Communication Skills – You’ll be interacting with a variety of people including volunteers, clients, and community partners.
• Organizational Expertise – Previous clerical experience and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office are essential to keep things running smoothly.
• Commitment to Community – Experience with volunteer coordination and working with older adults or individuals with disabilities is highly preferred.
• Data Savvy – Comfortable using software to track program data and generate reports and ability to learn other software programs.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in volunteer coordination (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory DMV report.
• Successful completion of a drug screen and criminal background check.
• Team player and the ability to work with a diverse range of individuals.
