Natalie Karnes is the owner/operator of the Tailgate Baker food truck. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, and Roanoke College, Natalie will be bringing her delicious baked goods straight to her customers at outdoor events in the Roanoke regional area in the coming months. She hopes to bring a taste of what she learned growing up watching her mother and grandmother in the kitchen and the chefs she was taught by at the CIA.
